Grand salon

Where inside opens wide

The main salon occupies the heart of the fortress. High ceilings and generous proportions create a room that holds conversation and silence equally well — lit by day from south-facing windows, warm by evening with soft artificial light.

The furnishing is considered and unhurried: bespoke pieces alongside carefully chosen antiques, the palette drawn from the surrounding landscape.

Dining room

A table set for long evenings

The formal dining room seats the full party comfortably — a room designed around the ritual of shared meals. Stone walls keep the space cool through the day; candle light transforms it by night.

Adjacent to both the kitchen and the terrace, the arrangement supports effortless movement between indoor dining and the outdoor table overlooking the bay.

Drawing room

Comfort held without effort

The drawing room offers a more intimate alternative to the grand salon — a room for reading, for late-night conversation, for the hours between dinner and sleep. The proportions are generous without being formal.

Natural light arrives throughout the day, and the room's aspect ensures a cross-breeze on warmer evenings.

Kitchen

Professional precision

The kitchen is fully equipped to professional standard — a space that invites serious cooking. The island unit creates a natural gathering point; the layout ensures a private chef can work without interrupting the flow of the house.

TV room

Screen time, reimagined

The TV room sits apart from the main reception spaces — a dedicated retreat for films and quieter evenings. Deep sofas, controlled lighting, and acoustic consideration make it a proper cinema room in all but name.

Seven suites, seven private worlds

Each of the seven en-suite bedrooms has been individually designed — no two rooms share the same character. All have absolute privacy and views to either the sea or the surrounding Mediterranean forest.

Guest villa salon

Independent, yet part of the whole

Three of the estate's five historic buildings have been converted into standalone guest villas — each with its own entrance, salon, and terrace. They share the estate's grounds and amenities while offering complete independence from the main house.

Each villa has been individually designed, so guests experience genuine variety between stays — no two share the same atmosphere or point of view.
