The Casita occupies a historic tower at the edge of the estate — a one-bedroom retreat that combines the intimacy of a private apartment with the panoramic advantage of elevated architecture.
Unlike the main fortress and guest villas, the Casita is self-contained: its own entrance, its own rhythm, its own relationship with the bay. It is equally suited to a couple seeking seclusion within a larger group, or to a guest who wishes to experience the estate at a quieter register.
The tower was here before the estate existed in its present form — the oldest structure on the land.

From the upper floor of the Casita, the estate spreads out in silence — the lit outlines of the main fortress, the dark mass of the forest, the bay beyond. On clear nights the mountains of the Tramuntana are visible to the south.
The north of Mallorca retains some of the island's darkest skies, making the Casita's elevation a particular asset after sunset.
